In order to facilitate customer to protect his investment in property to yield higher appreciation on the investment, CREC has recognized this aspect & set up the co CMSL whose role is to manage third party services as below and oversee the upkeep of the property

 

  1. 24 hrs Security.
  2. Maintenance of club house, health club, swimming pool, etc.
  3. Maintenance of lift, fire fighting
  4. Cleaning of internal roads, car parks, common areas etc.
  5. Maintenance of land scape gardens
  6. Maintenance of Gen. Set and to provide fuel to provide backup.
  7. Pest control
  8. Facilitate owners in coordinating when they need pick up at Airport or Railway Station.
  9. Booking of Air tickets/ Rail tickets
  10. Minor electrical , Plumbing problems
  11. Garbage disposal - providing bags for disposal of garbage.
  12. Facilitate owner in Payment of electricity /Telephone Bills.
  13. Cable T.V. connection.
  14. Laundry facility.

Above mentioned services would be managed by CREC. Break up for the same shall be given and the owners would pay a monthly service fee to facilitate to sustain above services.
